We currently provide professional Property Management for over 100 properties in East Tennessee, delivering to our owner clients all of the following services:

Your Lease Property is Marketed on a Large Number of Leading Platforms.
Robustly Screen Prospective Tenants with both 50 State Criminal Background Check AND Detailed Credit Bureau Reports.
Tenant Lease Creation.
Collect Rents via state of the art online platform and at all Citizens National Bank locations (in store locations are open Saturday mornings!)
Property Inspections.
Maintain Property as Necessary (with input and approval of the owner of course).
